I am a Fenerbahçe sk fan from Turkey. You know and closely watch about the match-
fixing case about Fenerbahçe and various clubs including Trabzonspor and Beşiktaş. After Uefa delegate has came to Turkey to get some information about the case, Turkish Football Association has decided to not to allow Fenerbahçe sk to play in Champions League and they announced that it was a result of your advice to the Turkish Football Association. As you know, after they prohibitted Fenerbahçe, Uefa has taken Trabzonspor, which is also suspicious in this match-fixing case, to the Champions League instead of Fenerbahçe sk. On the other hand, Beşiktaş sk , whose manager and headman are now under jail due to the suspicions in the same match-fixing case, continues to play in Uefa European league and Turkish Football Association has made no legal precautions about this team.
After this, Fenerbahçe sk applied Turkish Football Association to play in the second division by its own will because the association announced that there is no evidence of match-fixing about Fenerbahçe just 3 days before they prohibited Fenerbahçe from International competitions due to suspicions about match-fixing. If you claim that Fenerbahçe cheated and cannot play in Champions league, that means that Fenerbahçe also cannot play in the premier division due to the Turkish football laws.
Today Turkish Football Association has made a decision for Fenerbahçe to continue playing in Turkish Premier Division. As i told before, if Fenerbahçe made match-fixing and if they are guilty, than association should make the required action and make Fenerbahçe relegate. We ask some questions, if we are the Champions and innocent, then why Trabzonspor is playing in Champions league instead of us now ? On the other hand, if we are guilty, then why we are still playing in premier division instead of relegating to second division ? Also if Uefa cares so much about the brend value of itself, so why you don’t make and prohibitions about Beşiktaş sk and how they can continue playing in Europe League ?
We kindly inform you that Fenerbahçe sk is preparing to make any international appliances and defend themselves wih the lawyers with worldwide lawyers. The problem is being an international case and Turkish Football Association cannot control the case. If you don’t take the required steps, if you don’t investigate the case deeply including every team ,i mean not only Fenerbahçe, in near future you also will have to pay Fenerbahçe sk huge amounts of compensations.
